- Create the invoice as a PDF as usual and send it by e-mail.
- We read every detail, check totals and taxes, and create XRechnung or ZUGFeRD.
- The validated e-invoice goes to your customer or back to you. If something is missing, we ask once.

- Poll the status; send missing details as JSON.

- XRechnung and ZUGFeRD. Pure XML for public authorities, PDF/A-3 with embedded XML for everyone else.
- Officially validated. Every e-invoice is checked with the KoSIT validator and Mustang. Only valid results leave the system.
- Nothing is made up. Every value is quoted verbatim from your PDF. What is missing, we ask for instead of guessing.

Upload a PDF invoice. We convert it right away; you complete what is missing in a form, then the download starts. One free test per connection. If your file already is an e-invoice (ZUGFeRD or XRechnung), we only check it: that is free and does not count as your test.
